Sayak Munshi is a dedicated drummer, educator, and music visionary with over 5 years of teaching experience. His journey began under the mentorship of Tanmoy Das, iconic drummer of the legendary band FOSSILS, and Jishu Paul, under whose guidance he prepared for Trinity College London exams.
Sayak is not only a skilled teacher but also an accomplished music producer and composer. His work spans live stage performances, studio collaborations, record label video appearances, and contributions to film soundtracks as a session drummer. With a deep-rooted understanding of rhythm and modern music aesthetics, he aims to equip students with both the technical foundation and artistic confidence to thrive in today’s music industry.
Sayak's teaching style blends precision, groove, and creativity. As the founder of Aureole School of Arts, he inspires students to express themselves through rhythm and pursue excellence in both performance and mindset-where divine meets art.
